Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MumAlly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. The service

MumAlly is a community discovery platform for mothers. We provide event discovery, a community noticeboard, hand-me-down sharing, and messaging between community members.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. MumAlly is designed for parents and carers.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may only hold one account.

5. Acceptable use

When using MumAlly, you agree to:

Be kind and respectful to other community members
Not post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
Not spam, solicit, or promote MLM/network marketing schemes
Not impersonate other users
Not post photos of other people's children without consent
Not use MumAlly for commercial purposes without permission

6. Content

You own the content you post on MumAlly. By posting content, you grant MumAlly a licence to display it within the platform to other community members. We may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Hand-Me-Downs

MumAlly facilitates connections between givers and receivers of items but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or condition of items shared. All item exchanges are between individuals.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your settings page.

9. Limitation of liability

MumAlly is provided “as is”. We do our best to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uptime or the accuracy of event listings. We are not liable for interactions between users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
